The Three Tenors In Paris

This concert was set with a magnificent backdrop of the Eiffel Tower. It began in the late afternoon with a large audience seated within the inprovised auditorium, along with hundreds of spectators watching on large screens in the surrounding grounds.



The music was intoxicating with superb individual performances and magnificent joint renditions. All types of musical tastes were catered for classical, popular and easy listening. Pavarotti gave a superb rendition of Nessun Dorma much appreciated by the watching crowd.



As the evening drew to a close the lights of Paris with the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower was truely brilliant.
