I've put this together as an ipod audiobook myself and I'm afraid it's not a perfect job, there are occasional brief gaps between tracks but no missing data and it's perfectly listenable. I did the job for my own use and only thought to upload it as an afterthought. If there's enough interest then I will upload the mp3 files as separate tracks. 



edit: posted this in the comments but not everyone looks there, I forgot to change the title and artist on this file. While the filename is appropriate, the artist and titles once loaded into a media player are still set to my software's defaults and should probably be changed before you load into an ipod or other such places. Sorry about that.
