Mark Lamarr examines the epic tale of the Bay City Rollers - from their mid-1970s domination of pop music, through their self destruction, the small matter of their missing millions and their abiding hatred for each other.
Often dubbed the "first boy band", there was a lot more to the Bay City Rollers than tartan scarves and Shang-A-Lang.
Years of hard work and determination led to huge success in both the UK and America, and they went on to influence more credible acts such as the Ramones and the Sex Pistols.
Band members Les McKeown, Alan Longmuir, Stuart "Woody" Wood, Pat McGlynn, Nobby Clark and David Paton feature alongside music journalists, songwriters and producers as Mark explains the phenomenon that was Rollermania.
