Synopsis 1:
"Ballinger is informed a deported gangster is coming into town and bringing
$1,000,000 in dope with him".

Synopsis 2:
Manny Franchette, now deported, is to return to the U.S. bringing with
him a million dollars worth of narcotics. This information is given to
Frank Ballinger by Clavell, a former hoodlum, who is expected by
Franchette to colaborate with him. Clavell, however, has no intention
of returning to the underworld and asks Frank to nab Franchette when he
arrives.

police. Underworld suspects are brought in and questioned,

"Bugsy" Page, a syndicate man, wants to kill State Attorney
Mattson, a fearless crusader against crime. But Page is outvoted
by Syndicate officials. When Page defies this decision and
declares his intention to murder Mattson, the Syndicate chief
tips off M-Squad, where steps are immediately taken for a watch
to be kept on Page's movements. Lt. Ballinger acts as Mattson?s
